Hello and Welcome to Qigong for Staying Young!

If you're like most of the patients I see, you have your fair share of aches and pains. Whether it's long hours on the job, taking care of your family or dealing with life transitions, you most likely also have your fair share of stress.

If you do, you are not alone. Modern stressors are hard to avoid.

I am here to offer you an ancient yet modern way of reducing stress. A way to increase your health and peace of mind. It is an approach grounded in ancient Chinese Medicine principles that you can easily learn and easily integrate into your everyday life.

It's called Qigong.

Qigong is a Chinese system of healing built on the belief that vital energy (Qi) flows throughout every living thing and health depends on how and where this energy is flowing. Your Qi motivates all your vital organs and functions and thus sustains your life.

Strengthening your Qi is one of the most important things you can do to live a long life of health, vitality and freedom from aches and pains.

 

Essentially, Qigong is the art of cultivating your vital energy through gentle movements that incorporate breath, sound and self-massage. Qigong exercises are one of the easiest ways to strengthen your Qi and improve the quality of your life. Twenty minutes of Qigong practice on a regular basis is all it takes to receive its benefits. Incorporating Qigong into your daily life will provide you with a new zest for life and a time-proven way to experience a more healthful life.
